  • Bethany Christian Services

    Bethany Christian Services demonstrates the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by protecting children, empowering youth, and strengthening families through quality social services.

  • Cradles to Crayons

    Philadelphia is the nation’s poorest big city with more than 300,000 children living in poverty across the region. Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play.

  • Hope Lodge

    The American Cancer Society Hope Lodge program provides a free home away from home for cancer patients and their caregivers. More than just a roof over their heads, it's a nurturing community that helps patients access the care they need.

  • Live to Serve

    Live to Serve is a non-profit organization inspired to impact and care for the needs of low income individuals, single mothers, children, veterans, and seniors.

  • Red Shield Family Residence

    The Salvation Army Red Shield Family Residence is a safe and welcoming emergency housing program offering loving, respectful, and compassionate services in order to empower residents to strive towards self-sufficiency.

  • Small Things

    Small Things believes that every act of service matters, no matter how small. Small things like packing a box, delivering a meal, or taking time to talk and get to know another person is how we all change. By mobilizing people to reach out and care for one another, they believe they can change lives and transform communities.

    Philly House is the second oldest rescue mission in the country. They've been helping the homeless, hungry, and hurting adults in Philadelphia since 1878 through loving, compassion-based programs and services.

Random Acts of Kindness

Show kindness wherever you are.

  • Pickup trash in your neighborhood or a local park

  • Donate clothing, toys, or other needed items to a local non-profit organization

  • Water plants or take the trash out for a neighbor

  • Help a neighbor weed their garden

  • Write cards for a local nursing home
